About the Charity
Citizens of Cyber was founded by dedicated Cyber Security Lecturers with decades of experience within the Digital and Cyber Security Sector.
The primary goal for Citizens of Cyber is to provide links across the cyber community and to engage with everyone, including children, parents, vulnerable adults and professionals, to help keep everyone safe online. The charity is continually working towards ensuring knowledge, resources and education are available to everyone.
About the Role
As a charity, we wouldn't be able to provide our services without the hard work of our volunteers. Volunteer opportunities will be advertised here and via our social media pages.
Oversee the development and delivery of the social media content marketing plan and strategy;
To take ownership, manage and create a presence of Citizens of Cyber on social media platforms;
Coordinate and communicate a content plan;
Publish / repurpose content across approved central social media brand outposts (e.g., copy/articles, photography, video, etc.);
Ensure brand compliance;
To monitor and regularly update social media platforms;
To collaborate with Designer, Marketing Officer, Web Master and other parties to reach the best possible outcome;
To use social media to gain feedback to help identify, grow and improve the service of Citizens of Cyber;
Be part of the bringing together of all the brand elements (messaging, insights from marketing team and audiences, content from other teams); and
To communicate with wider audience and assist Citizens of Cyber navigating and understanding needs of clients.
