About the Charity
Citizens of Cyber was founded by dedicated Cyber Security Lecturers with decades of experience within the Digital and Cyber Security Sector.
The primary goal for Citizens of Cyber is to provide links across the cyber community and to engage with everyone, including children, parents, vulnerable adults and professionals, to help keep everyone safe online. The charity is continually working towards ensuring knowledge, resources and education are available to everyone.
About the Role
As a charity, we wouldn't be able to provide our services without the hard work of our volunteers. Volunteer opportunities will be advertised here and via our social media pages.
Requirements
Identify grant schemes and other charitable funding schemes for which Citizens of Cyber is eligible, e.g. government agencies, foundations, and corporations;
Prepare funding proposal documents to present to your Volunteer Co-ordinator or the CEO;
Prepare drafts of various funding applications for approval by the CEO;
Develop and implement fundraising strategies that align with Citizens of Cyber’s mission and objectives, including creating and executing fund raising campaigns, events, and activities;
Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of fundraising campaigns, events, and activities to evaluate their success and identify areas for improvement; and
Maintain accurate records of grant applications and fundraising campaigns ensuring that all records are up-to-date and easily accessible.
